In reality, it is a field that to date has not yet achieved the potential it offers. Too often the lack of required and accurate information has hampered attempts to enforce the law.
C6 brought in the experience of real experts with first hand experience of criminals and fraud investigation both in the public and private sector from the US and UK. Their task was to identify weaknesses in current systems. They were then joined by experienced compliance officers from banks and industry along with international private investigators to identify client procedures and needs.
